I am very satisfied with the service from Benna Ford. The service was fast and efficient.
The service advisor I worked with listened to and noted the complaints I had with with regards to the steering system and the way the steering felt loose even though the wheel i s hard to turn, and that the vehicle wanders when driving on the highway. The tech drove the truck and compared it with another similar truck and said there was nothing wrong with mine.
