I went in last week to get a typical service done on my car, got home and, looked under the bonnet, coolant was low line wasnt topped up, wiper fluid wasnt filled up windscreen wipers need changed...wasnt, tyre pressure wasnt checked. Pretty much a general service of $350 wasnt even looked at. Worst service I've ever had

I have been going to Ben Doherty for a couple of years now and was very impressed with how he works his business. However I dealt with a man named Mick or Nick on Friday who was the most arrogant mechanic I've ever dealt with. Treated me like a stupid woman who has no idea about cars. I was mortified, disrespected and frustrated with my experience. He didn't listen to a word I said and cut me off every time I tried to speak to him.
