I have been going to Ben Doherty for a couple of years now and was very impressed with how he works his business. However I dealt with a man named Mick or Nick on Friday who was the most arrogant mechanic I've ever dealt with. Treated me like a stupid woman who has no idea about cars. I was mortified, disrespected and frustrated with my experience. He didn't listen to a word I said and cut me off every time I tried to speak to him. The best service I’ve ever had! Benn and his team are so friendly, helpful and understanding. I’ve been having car issues and these guys have been so amazing. Benn went above and beyond when it came to trying to fix my car including working on it when I was just leaving the car at the garage whilst I waited for an opening at the car dealership. I’d be hard pressed to tell you of a better customer service experience than what I received at Benn Doherty. Warm and effusive staff and a much smaller bill than I expected. If you’re looking for a mechanic in Bendigo there is a reason their rating is so high. Can recommend!
