My mom and I stayed here in February for a little getaway and it was so wonderful! We loved the cozy yet spacious feel in our room and enjoyed so much relaxation in the pool/hot tub/sauna area. The property is beautiful and has many unique features with charming decor. We especially appreciated chatting with Elaine and Angela who helped us out so much, we will be back!

Food was only average, nothing special. Our room, outdated, furniture well worn carpet stained. Would have be nice to know Monday and Tuesday they are short staffed in February. What they call a hot tub in the pool area is nothing more than hot water, no jets. I feel their reputation far exceeds the true experience

Wife and I stayed for the night and had a great time. Rooms have a lot of character, cozy, and great view. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Our dinner at the restaurant was great and the cocktails were well made. My wife found a foreign object in her dish, but thankfully the servers were very apologetic and we didn't have to pay anything for the dish, even though she was mostly done. The rustic style of the place is what makes it so special. From the moment you check in, you feel the warmth of the place and the people. We stayed at Gledhill main floor. The view from our room was stunning. We loved the large windows and door on the balcony (covered with snow). Staff are super friendly and helpful all around. Our massage at the spa was to die for; Christine is an amazing massage therapist. Food was delicious and the view from the restaurant windows is beautiful.
