The rustic style of the place is what makes it so special. From the moment you check in, you feel the warmth of the place and the people. We stayed at Gledhill main floor. The view from our room was stunning. We loved the large windows and door on the balcony (covered with snow). Staff are super friendly and helpful all around. Our massage at the spa was to die for; Christine is an amazing massage therapist. Food was delicious and the view from the restaurant windows is beautiful. Hoping this helps encourage some update. Pool was cold and not relaxing to sit by. Hot tub does not work and dripping rusty condensation and mold on walls. Could not use. Rooms outdated. Windows very dirty. Staff working really hard and friendly. Food was good. Our mattress had a spring busting through. The river rooms and spa need to be shut down and renovated I’m afraid.

A true hidden gem. Our family has visited each winter for last 3 years and we always look forward to it. Room and facilities is always tidy and staff are very helpful and kind. Their breakfast is exquisite and the price point is reasonable given the costs of everything. Definitely recommend

My husband and I stayed at the Benmiller on the weekend. Our room was in Gledhill Main. The room was dated, but clean and the bed was super comfy. Our room had a balcony and a stunning view! When we opened our hotel room door that view just took my breath away. I feel autumn is the ideal season at the Benmiller. The pool, hot tub and sauna were in the building right across the street from our room, so that was convenient. Sunday brunch was included in our stay and it was wonderful.
