We were definitely pleased with the quality of work by Steve and his staff from Benmiller Construction. We had water in our basement this spring and they put in a new drainage system along with a new sump pump system. The results are amazing. We also had them come back a few weeks later to spray foam all the exterior walls. We would not hesitate to use their services in the future and recommend them for any of your waterproofing needs,

Great guys, Doug especially, who've got the experience to get it done right. We've used them for two projects now and not only did they save us money, they saved us from making costly mistakes. Their work turned our 1880s drafty house into a warm home.

This review is actually long overdue!!!! We purchased an older home approximately 4 years ago. Due to extreme moisture in the crawl space remediation was required and to eliminate the issue going forward we had Steve of Benmiller Construction install a liner and spray foam in addition to an industrial dehumidifier. I would completely and totally recommend Steve and his company for any work. They were able to accommodate on very short notice a job for my parents' house. They were very timely and professional both with the job itself and to also provide my parents information to prevent any issues going forward, putting both myself and my parents at ease . If I could rate them at higher than 5 stars , I would.
