We hired Benmiller Construction and Insulation to complete the insulation part of some major home repairs. Steve was able to step up and offer some very knowledgeable advice and creative solutions after examining extensive damage that our much older home sustained to the roof and walls caused by ice damming, after an unusually heavy winter. Steve and his team did an amazing job taking care of multiple unexpected issues in our crawl space. Each challenge was met with a new solution. Steve kept us informed during the entire process. The Benmiller Construction Company is honest, trustworthy, hard-working, and a knowledgeable business who I would reccommend highly. They installed weeping tiles and a sump pump in my basement. Work was finished in a timely manner and they cleaned up afterwards. Their price was fair and reasonable.

Called and emailed multiple times to set up a quote as I heard great reviews from asking around town. They were very friendly and courteous over the phone when I was able to reach them the one time but they never called back to schedule the quote and we couldn’t get ahold of them to follow up. After talking to more people around town about them, many people also have had the same issues. Ultimately can’t recommend them and at bare minimum they could return a phone call even if they can’t or didn’t want the job.

Steve and his guys were great. We were working under a really tight timeline and they got everything done super quickly and efficiently. The quality of work is top notch. We had them install helical piles for a 4-season bunkie. We also ended up having them spray-foam the underside of the bunkie for additional insulation and then they set it in place on the piles. Great work, thanks again Steve!
