Mi experiencia con ellos al principio fue muy buena, pero desde hace un año siento que su atención al cliente ha desmejorado enormemente. El día viernes 03/07 fui a entregar unos documentos de mi pareja y ni siquiera me querían abrir la puerta. La señora del front desk fue sumamente maleducada. Their focus seemed to be on social media and attracting new clients (and their money), but they completely failed to follow through on their contractual obligations. They're quick to take your payment, then disappear. They missed key information when filing, yet will still charge you for submitting a request for evidence they overlooked.
