I have used this company multiple times for zebra blinds at several of my properties. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been very disappointing. One of the zebra blinds fell down and became jammed after less than 5 months of use. I reached out to both the salesperson and the installer for assistance, but no one has been willing to help or provide a solution. Horrible service. SAVE YOUR SELF THE HASSLE. They will ghost you and make you wait until THEY are ready. MARIOL the service agent that came to my house was so unprofessional and rude. Constantly making excuses as to why they can’t show up. I placed my order early December and it’s nearly mid January and they still haven’t completed the service. Terrible experience. They will schedule installations and not show up. They won’t even notify you that they are cancelling. Very unorganized and stressful to deal with. Please stay far far away.
