Great experience with Benle HVAC! A few months back, Ben and Nick diagnosed an issue with my system and gave me two honest options: a temporary repair or a full replacement. We started with Ben Le when my son was only 8 months old, one summer in a very hot house. My son is now 9 years old, we’ve since moved across town and Ben Le is still the only person we let touch our ACs. He’s even installed two units in our new home. He’s the best! Dewan and Althia Gates.
The team was called once again and very responsive to my service call for AC not cooling. They were fast and arrived within the hour from call and took time to explain what was needed and to complete the work in the agreed upon timeframe. I appreciate the responsiveness of service and the smooth process.
