It's the little things that matter. He recommended and performed a coil cleaning which wasn't needed. I hose my coils down frequently. He looked at my air filter which was clean and didn't replace the aluminum tape which stops the air leak. When I asked for an invoice he responded with "I already sent it". You need to have more patience being a buisness owner. Positive note he was flexible with scheduling.
This team did a fantastic job! Our HVAC system went out. The compressor needed to be replaced. Our system was still under warranty (less than 5 yrs old) and they were able to replace the part through warranty and we paid for labor services! They communicated well and completed the job in a timely and efficient manner! Pricing was also very fair! They didn’t try to sell us anything additional, they did say our system needed to be cleaned and now we will contact their business for a yearly cleaning. Thanks guys! Will recommend... read more
