I wish I could give minus star. Not reliable, not professional. Slow response and expensive quotes. End up my policy was cancelled because he did not pass my document to the carrier. He claimed that he had internet problem, wasn't it ridiculous ? And he did not know my policy was cancelled , I am the one who found out ! After that, he promised to send me the new quotes by 3pm on Friday. Finally I got a quotes by 3pm like he said but NEXT FRIDAY!
