My 2 yr house home warranty on thse system expires this month. The company is not responsive and service is poor at best. They are apparently too busy handling installations in new homes. It took 2 1/2 weeks and 3 phone calls for them to come take care of a minor issue. Then yesterday they showed up unexpectedly to do a final warranty service.
