We purchased a condo in North Myrtle Beach, SC and as out of town owners needed a reliable contractor to make changes to the condo. Benjamin had glowing reviews, we had a Myrtle Beach contractor's license, and he seemed reliable. Benjamin was hired in October 2016 and not only did not complete even 30% of the job, he took our money, and building materials.
