I have been a loyal customer to Benjamin’s for years and put thousands of dollars into my truck at this shop. Last time I brought my truck in for my check engine light blinking, he didn’t even look at it. He said he remembered from last time the camshaft was bad and said it would be 5,000 dollars to repair the engine and that I was better off selling it. Then he sent me on my way. What a disappointment. My grandmother insisted on taking her car here because she said Benjamin knew what he was doing and he was fair. She has a 2014 Nissan Altima and needed new brakes and rotors, front and rear. She had 2 bids 530.00 and 800.00 that she showed Benjamin, but told Benjamin she wanted to use him and knew he would be fair. She is elderly and on a fixed income and told Benjamin she had to borrow the money from her boss for this repair. On several occasions she asked him for the price to fix the car.
