Very honest and straightforward mechanic. As a single woman I've been burned so many times in the past, and I was tired of the dealership overcharging me. Benjamin's was quick, told me a lot of things the dealership was insisting on were still good for another year, and would show me on my vehicle where potential issues were. Highly recommend.

This shop got my vehicle in ASAP with little notice and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. I had got my oil changed at a different shop (Jiffy Lube Grants Pass) and they messed up on the oil filter seal which caused the oil to drain out. I drove from Grants Pass to Portland (almost 300 miles) after my supposed "oil change" and noticed the awful noise the car was making when I got to Portland. So I brought it in to Benjamin's Auto Mechanic and they set things right, and got me a receipt detailing the lack of oil fil... read more
