Way overpriced. The front desk lady is so rude, like pulling teeth trying to get explanations from her. Dealing with them was really unpleasant and depressing. I wish I could have gone somewhere else but timing kind of forced my hand. Also was given a completion date estimate of the 27th but didn’t hear anything until the 30th, had to cancel a holiday trip from the 28th-2nd to make sure I could be around to pick up my car or else pay the high storage fees.
