Dr. Hoephfner & his staff are awesome! He is the ABSOLUTE BEST at giving novacaine shots! I don't even feel them cuz he takes his time. The assistant, Nicolette, was the best too! She offered me water & a neck pillow, which she warmed up for me first. I was blown away at how well they all treat their patients. They are the true meaning of customer service. Had a really good experience at this dental clinic. I was in a lot of pain and needed a tooth extraction, and they were able to get me in for a same-day appointment, which was a huge relief.
