Doctor Whigham is very attentive and explains everything in detail. He carefully considers each of my concerns and is also polite and positive. I really appreciate that he doesn’t push unnecessary paid services. He clearly explains the possible risks of procedures and leaves the final decision to me. The nurse was also very thorough in asking questions and performing the preparatory procedures, and she was friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff are professional and polite as well.
Dr Whigham is a 10/10. Super careful, diligent, caring, smart, respectful, I wish all my doctors were like this. Just went in for my first visit, it was a long wait but worth it and I could tell how upset he was to keep me waiting. Having been to other Opthamology practices in NYC I think it's just really hard to predict how long appointments can take, so come with your laptop or a book and rest assured you are in great hands.
Doctor is very nice. But I am disappointed with the. waiting time. It is too long which I believe is unusual. Maybe they are overbooked…. Be prepared to wait for around 1 hour or more from your appointed time to see the doctor……
One of best doctors I’ve ever seen! He’s very knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommended! If you have any eye problems, he’s your go to
