I am sitting here in this “doctor’s” office. I was told to come in 15 mins early. Waited 40 mins to get a nurse to take my blood pressure. And I have been waiting over 30 mins since that. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Had a family member try to establish care with this office and they were met with accusations and a ridiculously unprofessional bedside manner.
My husband had an appointment with a specialist and accidentally forgot the script that Dr. Yamane had written for him. When both my husband and the specialist’s office called Dr. Yamane’s office to ask if they could fax over a copy, the experience was nothing short of terrible. The office staff was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The Dr was very thorough and thoughtful He gave me some some help with my IBS which I have suffered with for years.
WOW !! What a great experience !! Dr Kama me was very professional, had a wonderful bed side manner and took his time with me.. I never felt rushed… I will be recommending him to anyone that I know that needs a primary care doctor!!!
