My husband had an appointment with a specialist and accidentally forgot the script that Dr. Yamane had written for him. When both my husband and the specialist’s office called Dr. Yamane’s office to ask if they could fax over a copy, the experience was nothing short of terrible. The office staff was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The Dr was very thorough and thoughtful He gave me some some help with my IBS which I have suffered with for years.
WOW !! What a great experience !! Dr Kama me was very professional, had a wonderful bed side manner and took his time with me.. I never felt rushed… I will be recommending him to anyone that I know that needs a primary care doctor!!!
I scheduled annual physical. First I was told to come 15 min earlier. I ended up waiting for 55 minutes. When Doctor Yamane came in, he was unprepared. He started to look for my record and told me that I have to come in for another visit and that I need to release my medical record. When the nurse looked up in the system, she immediately found my record. He did not even bother to look for it. I asked him to include certain tests in future bloodwork, but he refused. Dr. Benjamin was fantastic during my recent appointment. He truly listened to my concerns and took the time to understand my situation. In addition to his excellent bedside manner, Dr. Benjamin was very thorough. He didn't just take my word for it, he suggested some relevant lab tests to get a clearer picture of what's going on. This follow-up approach gives me a lot of confidence in his plan for my care. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Dr. Benjamin!
