TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE!!! The women at the front desk were not friendly, and I've been charged 50$ for a missed appointment that I NEVER MADE! I've been in the middle of a 3rd party billing claim for 3 months now, and NO ONE from the office has returned my calls, or the calls/e-mails from the billing company. To top it off, I had trouble after my procedure was done. The Doctor on Call took TWO DAYS and 7 PHONE CALLS to get back to me, and made me feel ridiculous for worrying about the above-average level pain I was in 3 days... read more
