My case was a long complicated nuanced case that required a lot of work. I had tried to explain it to other attorneys who just thought it was too much. I hired Ben Rosenthal through a recommendation, and I have to say that he has been a pleasure to work with and is extremely competent. I had a disability claim with a company that he was assisting me with, and he was very well versed on the Oregon State laws and was able to keep me focused on how the directive of the law is what will support a case.
