By far the best experience I could have ever hoped for considering the circumstances I was going through. Mr Rosenthal's secretary Lisa was very sweet and helpful getting me started with the process, and Ben himself was extremely knowledgeable, humorous, direct, and helpful. Ben did a great job for us, I couldn't ask for anything different from him. If you're looking to retain him, be aware that he is in demand and constantly busy.
