Seth and his team redid our house, which was a full gut renovation. They did great work and were priced fairly. Seth clearly knows his stuff - he brought a high level of expertise to the project, communicated clearly, and helped guide decisions along the way. Benjamin Rose Build & Design did an outstanding job on our retaining wall. The project was in a very difficult-to-access location, and many contractors wouldn’t even take it on. I am so grateful they did! They were professional, punctual, communicative, and fairly priced. We’re very happy with the final result and would gladly work with them again. Highly recommend.
Seth, Sydney, Noah and their team gave us our dream home! It was a complete gut job of a 1950s Cape Cod, and the transformation was something straight out of a renovation show. Our dream for years had been a complete renovation of our bathroom removing the tub and building a walk in shower. Seth provided a detailed scope and time frame for each aspect from demolition to finished painting. He also created a text group for our job to quickly resolve questions and concerns. Seth is the most communicative contractor we have ever hired. We used him to redo the exterior of our house and our basement and he delivered on all fronts.
