I couldn't be more disgusted with the business practices of this company and specifically the owner Seth. My company was verbally contracted to install trees in a new property. After confirming multiple times over the phone and set a day, Seth decided to go with another company and completely disregard me. It is mid July and we dug out the trees already so now at a loss of 6 thousand dollars due to not following up on his end of the agreement. Seth and his team were incredible! I can’t recommend them enough. I’ve had some really terrible experiences with contractors but my experience with Rosenberg Build & Design was nothing short of amazing. They are extremely communicative, give accurate timelines, show up on time, and they are neat and CLEAN. Construction can be very invasive, they were the opposite! All parties involved were stellar. I highly recommend them if you are considering any type of construction!!!!
BRBD is contracting in 2025. Seth and his team are everything you've been told contractors are not: responsive and reliable. We had a brutal renovation of an 100yr old home with issue after issue, and BRBD kept rolling with it as the disaster unfolded. Seth strategized crews to work through our challenging timeline, and when we had questions or modifications they were treated as a priority. We intend to work with BRBD for our next project; an easy decision.
We just recently had Benjamin Rose and the team design and remodel our kitchen and first floor and my wife and I could not have been happier. In the past we’ve used Seth for smaller jobs and the attentiveness from then to now were the same. From start to finish the communication was great. Sydney designed our kitchen like it was her own. Contractors like Seth and his team don’t come often, so I’m grateful for them. Again we are beyond thankful for all that they do and can’t wait to have them for our 2nd floor Reno.
