Dr Collins and his staff are GREAT! They go out of their way to keep me alive and it's working. I am healthier now than I have been. I have lost weight and take fewer pills. Works for me.
The staff is always willing to help. Dr. Collins-Hamel has a good bed side manner and helps make the patient feel comfortable . Very prompt with call backs and results. Very thorough and knowledgeable.
While at the office everything went well. Had physical and bloodwork done three weeks ago. I was supposed to be called with results of bloodwork, however that never happened. I have been trying to call to get my results and still have not gotten thru. I get a voicemail telling me that all associates are busy helping other customers and to please hold. This comes on every minute and I have literally been on hold for over an hour on several occasions. I just want results to my bloodwork and then I will find another doctor. Thi... read more
Dr Collins is one of the best. Is very patient and has excellent bed side manners. Started off as my mom’s doctor at Ascension hospital following her stroke and we continued following him even after her discharge. He really listens and cares about his patients. Highly recommend. 🏆
