Both the doctor and his staff were very patient, and explained things in a way that I understood. His staff was very knowledgeable, and went over things with me as often as necessary. All questions were welcomed.
The entire office is a pleasure to deal with. Dr Cohen has a great bed side manor and made me feel comfortable with my upcoming surgery and the nurse Gaye has been extremely helpful and informative. The ladies up front that run the place couldn't be more helpful and very kind from every visit to every phone call to the office. All medical professionals should run an operation like they do.
