Dr. Proctor is very thorough. He takes his time and answers my questions in detail. My lenses are always correct. I prefer having 2 pair of glasses so that I can get distance and mid-range in one pair for driving and mid-range and reading in the other pair. To do this Dr. Proctor writes me 2 prescriptions.
I visited Dr Proctor for an eye exam. I did request a prescription for "reading glasses" aka near vision only. I had glasses made. He had given me a prescription for distance which is not what I needed. Unfortunately, to resolve this I had to visit with their eye glass center where I was told that I had requested distance and that is what they gave me.I received a new prescription for correcting both distance and near. I had my glasses made once again, and the prescription was wrong again. I was not able to see near nor far.... read more
