Our neighborhood has used Ben Tiller for many years. We have experienced, the last several years, a decline in response time, customer service, and essential care of the pool itself. We had our pool installed a few weeks ago and we love it! The installation team was amazing. They were fast and really fun to watch. We love our new pool and I would recommend Aquatic Designs & Services LLC to anyone. I am so happy to see how great the water looks every day and I really love that I do not have to work very hard to keep it that way.
Benjamin Pools and their lead tech, Todd Wright, are the most professional and highly qualified pool servicing company and the ONLY company that we trust with our inground salt water pebbletec pool. They also work on our neighborhood/community Jr. Olympic pool and we are very satisfied with our choice in using Todd and Benjamin Pools. They always go above and beyond the call of duty when needed.
