Was hoping to use these guys after all the good reviews. But upon making my appt. and having my husband take off work for the afternoon to be there between the agreed upon time frame....they called me and said they would have to reschedule after not hearing back from me. Unfortunately, as a teacher I can't have my cell phone attached to me at all times. So my husband wasted a day off for nothing. They really should call the night before to REMIND people of the appt and then tell them they won't send someone over for that SCH... read more
