I trusted Dr. Petre to repair my meniscus not once, but twice and experienced a retear both times. While I want to give Dr. Petre the benefit of the doubt for even attempting a second repair, ultimately, in my opinion, a big part of why I’m having so many retears and problems comes down to the way the first repair was completed. Great knee surgery! been 12 years and never had an issue since !
11/11/24 I had meniscus surgery. It was the best decision made. I am completely out of pain and full range of motion in my left knee. Dr. Petre was great, and completely honest from day one. There was no beating around the bush. His team was amazing as well.
Crippled for the rest of my life. Amazing, when something goes wrong these guys seem to disappear.
