Every aspect of this experience was exceptional beginning with the scheduling of the appointment through the medical care provided by Dr. Kleinhenz. The office staff was very friendly, patient, and professional, and Dr. Kleinhenz was so kind and knowledgeable. I truly appreciated his conservative plan of dealing with my condition by first using a series of shots before even considering surgery.
I was able to easily get an appointment. Kathy was friendly, caring, helpful and suggested many things. Dr. Kleinhenz was kind when giving me the news I would need surgery for my wrist so I could get the maximum usage again. I had my follow up and he was kind caring and genuinely interested in my post op experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs an orthopedic.
