Benjamin Medical Associates nothing but terrible reviews on all of its locations!!!!!!! If I could give this office a 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional staff I would not recommend to anyone. I have been sick and both of their offices including the one in Forney have been taking my money and insurance money and giving me the run around. The assistants tell you one thing over the phone and then they change their mind and send different information to your employer without giving you notice. Very unprofessional !!! We called the office and the receptionist stated that we didn't need to set up an appointment and could just do a walk in. But when we made it to the office it was closed.

Would not recommend for new patients to go there. My kid got a fever and waited for more than 2 hours. 1 hour in waiting room and more than an hour in another room to see the doctor. When I tell my wife to leave the clinic they say that the doctor ready to see them now. We take our son to urgent care at another clinic couple day ago with fever and it cost us only $45 with other related test(included). This place want to charge us $30 copay + $30 flu test + 20 straps test. Sound like a scam to me. Meanwhile we waisted $ 30 on... read more

Have waited 2 hours and yet tp be seen by dr. Dont think ill be coming back. I get that some offices get backed up but this is disgraceful.

I had an appointment on a specific date but when i got there they said it was a week later but i know it was on that date because i had ran out of my medication.
