I was seen at another clinic of IPA in Killen, TX as a patient a few years ago. I must say I am very impressed by the new patiet consultation, the new Surgery Center, and the Administrative buildings. Everyone in the front office was very nice even though I was not a patient. However the lady that help me called the person I was there to see.

To begin I had an appt for a shot on my back on today January 7/2026 after I arrive to the clinic was informed to me that my shot pending because of my insurance approval but I did was called the insurance while waiting in the clinic and the agent informed to me that the ipa pain management never sent the referral for approval so I waist the time gas and driving with pain on my back and nothing was resolved this place I will Never recommend to anyone they are very unprofessional and causing more pain to patients

I am deeply disappointed with the lack of care, concern, and basic communication from the staff at Integrated Pain Management. I understand that I may not be their only concern, but patients are the reason this business exists, and situations like this could easily be handled with a little empathy and clear communication. I was told my prescription would be sent over, so I waited. Hours passed.
