I am disappointed and frustrated that I can not reach someone from the office. I needed a copy of my last physical. I can only get lab information. Also, back in August, I was having breathing pain. Two people from the office said they would refer me to a pulmonologist. They never followed through. I was left to do the research on my own and find a doctor. Now this concierge is offered to patients who value a true relationship with their physician??? I don’t think I was valued as a patient. I trusted Dr. Metzger. Unfortunate... read more
Unethical practice. Rude, condescending and elitist. Staff wasn't even aware that they were out of network.
