If I could give zero stars I would. Literally the worst provider I have ever seen. He twisted my words in his documentation and even documented that he checked the pulse in both my feet, which was completely false. I work in the medical field and I have never encountered a provider with such disregard to the patient and their healthcare. After leaving, I messaged him through my mychart and he didn’t even have the respect to reply to me himself. Great docter great surgeon
I thought Dr Lerner was very informative, and personable. He explained my procedure to me and asked me for any questions I may have. I feel confident in his abilities and knowledge.
Dr. Lerner showed no rudeness on my first visit. Perhaps his bluntness in discussing one’s condition could be interpreted as that but I choose it to represent professionalism and the need to get all of the facts before being friendly. That’s a good thing! The second visit with him, after having a myriad of tests to determine my eligibility for surgery was much different. My daughter broke the ice with something humorous. First time seeing him today and thought it would go good and didn't. They showed rudeness and was disrespectful. Didn't even let me talk to him about the issues I was having. Rushed, talked rude, and NOT having no respect. They didn't even ask how are you feeling or anything. I DO NOT recommend this Docture to know one because you will be disrespected. I recommend DO NOT go to this Docture unless you don't mind dealing with rudeness. One star because the lady at front dest and nurse was respectful.
