Agent Kathy!! She is a Rock Star!!! There was a miscommunication between Statefarm and DMV over policy gap and I received the fine letter from DMV. I contacted my agent, Benjamin Lee, and inquire about this. Let's face it. When mistake is made and we all do as human (in this case, it was miscommunication between Statefarm and DMV, not agent), most people would try to avoid the responsibility and put those consequences to the wrong people, normally customer.
