Arrived 10 minutes late for my appointment and was turned away. Travelled in pouring rain and got soaked walking in. Terrible receptionist! When was the last time a patient was actually seen by a doctor at the scheduled time??? 10 minutes late and turned away is very unprofessional. I'll be changing my Primary doctor
Terrible front office Receptionist. I made the appointment last week, filled out the paperwork for the online check in and replied to the confirmation message. When I arrived the receptionist Erika C. asked, “how are you?” and I jokingly said “you don’t want to know”. She continued to stare at me and then asked, “really, what’s wrong with you?”. Terrible, made an appoitment last week which took me 30 minutes to make over the phone, I drive there 30 minutes to get there in the morning, missed a day from work, then the reception lady tell me my appoitment was cancelled, when nobody told me it was cancelled, I had just made it for this exact day and time, I asked what do you mean canceled? Shes like dosent care at all with her rude response to me, tells me dosent know what happened that it got canceled, just terrible never again! Anyways after reading all these reviews... read more
