Do not go to this Doctor’s Office. They don’t care. I have called his assistant twice, she does not respond. It’s a shame.
Doctor and staff from the front desk to the examination room were polite, courteous and professional.
I’ve attempted to reach your office by phone multiple times, but unfortunately the recording continues even after pressing "#" and does not allow for further action or leaving a message. I need to send over medical clearance documentation for a patient, and require your fax number or an alternative secure method to submit this information. This matter is time-sensitive, and the lack of direct communication is making it unnecessarily difficult. Very unprofessional.
