So it is 3 years ago today, my son bought me into St. Michaels in very severe stomach pain. I was taken care of immediately in ER. Ended up with emergency surgery early next morning for an ulcer I didn’t know I had. I nearly lost my life. If it was not for Dr. Kashan, who happened to be on duty, I would not be here today. He is my guardian Angel. He is an amazing surgeon, great bedside manner and has compassion and concern. I have not had an issue since and I’m so grateful to him and the entire hospital for saving my life.
