This place is horrible and honestly needs to be shut down. The front desk ladies are so rude and its just the worst doctors office I think I've ever been to!! Would give them a zero if I could!!!
Has been the worst facility I ever visited. The girls at the front are very rude, no manners, & no customer service. I got to the window and they kept talking about there day until I interrupted. My paperwork was suppose to be ready Friday. Friday came never received a call or notice. I drove up there Monday to find out my paperwork wasn’t even touched. Dr. Benjamin was then notified and finally filled out insurance paperwork after waiting 1-2 hours. Not to mention there was a $25 fee to fill them out as well. Not going to b... read more
