Dr.Jacobs has always been very polite and professional with me every time I have had to come in and receive surgery information or a cortisone shot for trigger finger. Meeting with Dr Jacobs to discuss a bone on bone situation in my thumb. I expected surgery and he gave me the choices to try before surgery and I explained all that I have done to relieve my pain then he agreed it would be my next option. He explained what to expect along with recovery details. His explanation was understandable and thorough. I am now waiting for a call from the surgery scheduler and get on the books. I was very pleased with his responses to my and my wife’s questions.
