While staff are relatively friendly and space is clean, there are issues. I feel like the doctors and practitioners are dismissive and nonchalant when things come up that are bad news (I found out some devastating news last year during a physical that I will not mention here) and they say they can give me “peace of mind” by talking to me about it. Thank you, Dr. Ben Linden! My wife had an issue with an important medication she’s taking. Dr. Linden went out of his way to make sure that she didn’t miss a dose. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Linden’s for a number of years. He’s always been caring, thoughtful, and thorough. Wonderful physician and a first-class human being!
Aparantly they dont see patients unless they pay for the membership service. Membership fee is $2500/ year. So I am guessing primary physical care for this doctor is for once who can afford their outrageous Membership fee? Is this even fair and allowed by the state? Why dont these guys spend more time specializing in practice that makes them more money rather than coming up with a BS idea of making more money and adding Membership service that costs 2500/year? This is Robbery! And i hope no one is victim of mal-practice.
I have been a loyal patient of HV Family Medicine for almost 20 years and have always trusted their care—so much so that I referred my 76-year-old father to their practice in 2021. Unfortunately, our recent experience has left us extremely disappointed. HV Family Medicine announced they would be transitioning to a membership-based practice starting May 30th.
