I CAN NOT say enough good things about Dr Hyatt. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about of all the current treatments, he explains everything with patience, kindness, and in language you can understand, even when you are stressed. Also his staff members, Lisa P in particular, are very helpful and responsive when you contact them by phone or through mychart. I would.not hesitate to recommend Dr Hyatt and his team to my friends and family. In fact, I would insist that they go to him!
From my first call till I said, goodbye to the dock and left, everything was awesome… And I hate colonoscopies. The intake personnel were friendly and helpful as were the nurses. The prep wasn't as horrible as I thought it was going to be. I highly recommend Dr. Hyatt and Dr. DeSimone.
Dr. Hyatt is the best doctor I ever met. I had a series of problems since end of last year. I went to see him with an urgent note from my PCP. Dr. Hyatt arranged an endoscopy for me within a week. His office made appointment for my CT within a day of the insurance approval. He explains to me the details of all the test results and lay out future plans for me. Dr. Hyatt is a fantastic gastroenterologist. GI issues can be very tricky and difficult to resolve. He works with you to determine what the best course of action is rather than just telling you what to do. Having choices and being part of the decision making process is very empowering. Most physicians do not take this approach to patient care and it is very refreshing. Kudos to Dr. Hyatt
