Installed a new furnace after the 40 year old furnace failed the first day of winter. Assessment visit scheduled the day of call. Installation occurred the day after assessment. Metalwork clean and professional. Totally thrilled with experience
Just my luck. These guys end up being a scam company just like everyone else posted here. Took my money for the membership and never showed up! Called them 3 times!
Chris and his associate were very friendly and professional. They installed a brand new furnace and did a great job and installed it in a timely manner. They were very informative and knowledgeable. Benjamin Heating And Cooling installed a mini split AC system. They did an initial consult that explained everything clearly, offered pricing that came in way under a competing bid, and the installation went smoothly. The team was polite and professional. The system works great.
Highly recommend it. When my HVAC died I called three companies for estimates. The first never showed up for their appointment. The second showed on time but asked an obscene $11.6k for a new HVAC unit. The third showed on time and quoted me $4k less than John C. Flood for a comparable unit. So if you’re looking for an honest business to replace your HVAC or heat pump, this is it.
