On a fateful Monday, as my heater decided to take a break, Benjamin Heating And Cooling came to the rescue. Their rapid response was impressive, to say the least. The following day, their technicians arrived and expertly fixed the issue, leaving me thoroughly pleased with their professional and courteous service.
Service was ok. We had an unexpected charge of $99.00 a year later only to find out they set us up for some annual renewal. We have had no follow up with then since our new furnace a year ago. I was able to call premium home services and dispute the charge, but some transparency would have been nice. Now I'm wondering if we really needed a nee furnace after reading some of these other reviews. 😒
Benjamin Heating And Cooling installed two new HVAC systems at our home. They were happy to answer all of our questions and concerns, had knowledgeable technicians, showed up on time and also had great prices for the new system. I would highly recommend them!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!purchased a furnace in feb of 2023. In September or 2023 the unit had a bad board. Tried to contact the company 58 times( yes I went back to count and can show the screenshots.) they kept telling me that a tech would reach out. No response and not follow up from anyone. I was hung up on over 15 times when trying to get information about my warranty. I will be taking them to small claims for the cost of labor, parts, time spent on this issue.
