They're liars and thieves. Serious problem with theft of resident's belongings, refuse to take accountability for their employees action. Substandard care given to residents. Won't have the decency to call you back to discuss serious matters. As bad a place as you can choose for anyone you care about. Mass board needs to look into this disgusting excuse for a facility.
This place is filthy with dirt and dust. The hallways smell like pee and the front desk is cluttered with papers and binders.
I hate this place. It smells, it's not clean and the patients here are neglected. I lost count of how many times I've had to complain to staff about my grandfather's care. I have no choice on the decisions of where he stays but I would NEVER send anyone that I love here. His health has deteriorated.
