Aerobic class is cheap and easy to do twice a week. $1 if you are a member. What an easy way to spend a couple of hours, moving all your body parts, easy movements, no jarring but keeping it all going. Everyone helping you keep up. cards if you don't like moving your body around. Pool tables always full of life! Always something going on that peeks your interest. Bunches of love floating in the air. PLUS a freebie table to raid!
Good people, a ton of events and trips and a must do for local seniors!
