get referred elsewhere. not professional. dr gross barely works in office so dont expect to see him. they never answer calls. i had an appointment scheduled and was waiting 45 min to see his medical assistant. GO ELSEWHERE
The staff is very helpful.
This clinic is good. But the only thing I’m upset is that they never informed me that I needed an eeg I order to get my dmv forms filled. Now I have to wait longer to schedule an appointment and get the results and then get the paper work done. I’m really upset. And that dr gross works remotely. And they never have time to give me my information I need on the phone. They are always to busy on the phone with another Client.
