The nurse with the red hair, I think his name was James, was very unfriendly, never smiled, like a robot. My appointment was for 10am and the doctor appeared in the room at 10:45am without an apology for his lateness. The experience felt uncomfortable to me and frankly a bit hostile.
Very happy with my visit with Dr. Goins he was very thorough and great explaining everything.
