Dr Gelfant did Brest implants on me, I was 44 & suffered from my breast being stretched out during my pregnancies. I became so embarrassed I would not undress in from of my husband. I was using so many addition pads to lift up the breast skin. He would not let me know the sz & would fill until I likedf the sz, He put the implants through my underarm! No Scars! Dr. Gelfant performed my initial BA and when I wanted to do a larger implant exchange a few years later I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. Dr. Gelfant listened to my desire to go larger and was very transparent with the results I could expect.
