I called to get my blood pressure pills r-filled. Meds by mail needed a new prescription. I called again for three days to please send to local pharmacy since I would be running out in the next two days. They never sent in and I ran out of pills. In the mean time I had a heart attack and went to Missions hospital and had bypass surgery. It was postponed a few days because of my kidneys failing. I will no longer use Dr Gans since I feel his staff is not responsible enough to get prescriptions filled in a timely manner. I have... read more
