Jason was really great. Broke down what was going on with our plumbing in ways that I understood. Was not pushy about what may be needed based on his findings. Very professional and helpful. We have called Ben Franklin for our needs a few times now and are always pleased with their expertise, experience, and the service we receive.
Jason was on time he was very respectful, addressed the situation and and fixed are clogged sink quickly. Would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing to anyone needing plumbing issues resolved. 10/10
The response time was quick! They were able to send someone out the next day. Myles and his partner did a great job. They were able to quickly identify the issue and provided multiple repair options/quotes. They were able to explain each option throughly and the benefits of each one. I appreciated the transparency.
5/1 - no refund has been issued so unfortunately this displays poor follow through. Update 3/21 - still awaiting my refund…. Update** - Got a call from Mike a service manager. He listened to the situation and was quick to acknowledge that an error was made and that the situation was not properly handled. We reached a resolution that included a refund but more importantly restored my perspective on the company.
