Jason was really great. Broke down what was going on with our plumbing in ways that I understood. Was not pushy about what may be needed based on his findings. Very professional and helpful. We have called Ben Franklin for our needs a few times now and are always pleased with their expertise, experience, and the service we receive.
Clayton did an amazing job! He was professional, punctual, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it with great attention to detail. Friendly and knowledgeable, he made the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend Clayton for any plumbing needs—excellent service all around!
The response time was quick! They were able to send someone out the next day. Myles and his partner did a great job. They were able to quickly identify the issue and provided multiple repair options/quotes. They were able to explain each option throughly and the benefits of each one. I appreciated the transparency.
Update 3/21 - still awaiting my refund…. Update** - Got a call from Mike a service manager. He listened to the situation and was quick to acknowledge that an error was made and that the situation was not properly handled. We reached a resolution that included a refund but more importantly restored my perspective on the company. I was impressed with their quick response time, and the plumber who came out was very friendly. However, I was disappointed by the lack of upfront pricing. I paid $50 just to get a quote of nearly $400 to reset a toilet, which they said might fix the problem. After sharing my initial feedback, they reached out and offered to send a lead plumber for a reassessment. Unfortunately, the second visit also lacked transparency.
