Sunday night I had noticed water damage in my bathroom coming from the condo above mine. I had text a few of my neighbors for plumber recommendations, and one of them recommended Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I put a call in that night, and since it wasn't an actual emergency I said they could call me Monday to schedule someone to come out. Great experience. Josh was on time very knowledgeable. Very nice person explained what he would do. Did job. Cleaned up no mess left. Outstanding. I’ll definitely call and have him come back.

I’ve been trying to get a supervisor to discuss the difference between my quote and the work performed. The pipe that was replaced was not put underground as quoted. Not sure why any pipe would be left above ground without asking the owner first. It either needs to be put underground or service discounted to match the work performed . Also lack of response is holding up the next steps in our project and going to cost me extra time and money for delaying others. Terrible communication from management.
