Keith came promptly, worked quickly but we paid $709 for a water shutoff, and a small piece of PVC pipe under our sink that took 40 minutes to do. $210 of that was because it was an emergency visit.

Safety first was the position that was taken with the installation of a new water heater. Tim was very pleasant and professional. The price was a little costly, but I am pleased with the work.

I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in May to get a quote for replacing a kitchen sink and fixing a wobbly toilet. While their quote was higher than others I received in the area, I am incredibly glad I chose them. Found and fixed clogged drain, which was no easy task. To do so our toilet had to be pulled and re-installed. It leaked and they came back three days later, re-installed and it leaked again! I pulled it, placed new seal issue solved.
