Thought I had a water leak. It was a Saturday mid day. Benjamin Franklin was ready to help the service charge on a Saturday was more than a weekday, but not unreasonable. Normally I can do this repair myself but I wanted it warranted and by a licensed plumber. Micha our plumber was knowledgeable and found my issue. He had to travel 30 miles to get the part. He fixed me up. Was very pleased with the service.
Micah Moore was so very wonderful with this job! His explanations were clear and informative and we just loved him! If we need anymore work done we will definitely be in contact. We'll probably always request Micah because of the expert job and good manners he had. Thanks again for your help!
Micah and Tristan came out to repair a mysterious leak. After finding which source the leak was on, we set down and Micah drew my piping out of a sheet of paper. Once we visualized the potential spots, we were able to eliminate two of the three possible areas. The leak was found in the last remaining possible spot. Made me very comforted that he took the time to map it out with me so that we could make the best possible solutions without any damage to the drywall.
