I'm glad that they came out on a Saturday. The guy they sent me was super nice and professional. My only complaint was that it cost me more than the competition for the same kind of repair that I had done six months ago. When I brought this up and showed my receipt they came down some in price, but it still was higher than what I paid their competition. Thank you for coming out today though. I did appreciate that.
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was phenomenal!!! Matt was the very very best. He came in and listened to me and knew exactly where to go to solve my issue. He gave me discounts to help me knowing I was a veteran and on a fixed income. A well-intentioned neighbor removed a stuck water hose from my front yard faucet and broke the water pipe in the process. He repaired the break with a shark-bite fitting, which worked for a few hours but started leaking. Well-intentions notwithstanding, I recognized I needed a professional and called Benjamin Franklin. Micah Moore arrived at the appointment time, assessed the damage, and made the repair: he removed the fitting, welded the pipe and installed a new faucet. Hot water heater began leaking in the middle of the night. I requested help talking to a LIVE person at 4am and was then texted when service techs were on their way. Prompt attention and excellent service!! Micah and Chris were the best! They were thorough, courteous and did a GREAT job!! Highly recommend!
Matt was wonderful. He started by helping me get my trash cans up in my yard before he even started to work! My house became complicated as while he fixed one leak he found another which I had suggested there might have been two. The company helped lower cost due to it already becoming a big bill for me. Michelle was even great communicating with through out the day. She was definitely a pleasure to speak with and understanding. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues! You guys rocked!!
