While the plumber completed the work, the final bill was completely unreasonable. I was charged $498.00 for a standard threaded hose bib replacement, which is nearly double the average local rate for this exact service. I feel taken advantage of and cannot recommend this company due to their unfair pricing practices.

I had a great experience with Lance. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly instead of rushing through the job. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done right before leaving. It’s hard to find someone who’s knowledgeable and genuinely cares about customer service, but Lance definitely does. Highly recommend asking for him if you need plumbing work done!

When we were told we had a gas leak somewhere in our house, I really didn't know where to turn. I'm so thankful google brought me to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! From start to finish, every person I interacted with was kind, informative, and knowledgeable. I did not get the name of the receptionist, but she was efficient in getting someone out to my house. Had company out to give estimate to run a new gas line under my pier & beam foundation. Brandon came out and gave me the estimate. I agreed to it and a couple of days later Dustin Krauss and Carson came and completed the project in one day. They did a great job and I am very pleased with it and for all their help in explaining what needed to be done as I recently became widowed after 59 years and still flying by the seat of my pants on all matters that he took care of. This is the 2nd time Brandon has come out to assist with things we just needed a professional for. He is straight forward and very Honest. We will have him back! There are plenty of projects that need to be tackled. Hopefully he will bring Parker back too!
