We are selling a property and had a couple of minor plumbing issues come up on the home inspection. We called Benjamin Franklin plumbing and they put us on their schedule and were out on site by the next morning. Jacob was able to identify and repair a couple of leaky sinks and a Delta faucet that was leaking. He was super respectful of the property, wearing protective shoe coverings and communicated well on his repair solutions at the end of the job. Would recommend.

Aaron was great to work with! He was honest, trustworthy, and took the time to explain everything in detail so I understood exactly what was going on. He also walked me through some things that may need attention in the near future and gave me an idea of the potential costs, which I really appreciated because it helps me plan ahead. On top of that, he was just a genuinely nice person. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aaron and team!

I had a great experience with this service - my tech/installer, Aaron Preston, was punctual, polite and courteous, and went about his tasks like a professional, for one, by being transparent with me with his recommendations and suggestions on how to address my problem. AJ (Andrew) and Sergio were an awesome team. Patient, respectful, on time, lived up to the initial quote. I will be using them again. Local company that takes pride in their work and relationship with their customer. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed with this team. My new permanent plumber.

Aaron was so friendly and polite. He knew exactly what needed to be done, informed us of exactly what he was going to do and the cost and went to work. He did the job in a timely manner. He and his partner checked to make sure everything was working properly before they left. We were very pleased.
