They came the same day I called even though it was nothing urgent. Just a consult on how to go about putting in a drain for my pool into the sewer line. After exchanging several ideas and given a couple quoted options, I decided on the best option and they were there a few days later. It took about 6 hours. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing of Northwest Arkansas. Ethan was our technician and was so pleasant and professional to work with. We had a gas leak and BF sent Ethan promptly to our house. He was extremely thorough in finding any and all problems. He showed me everything he was doing and explained it in detail. 5 Stars for Service, 1 Star for Pricing Aaron was fantastic and the sole reason I did business with this company. He came out and was punctual, got to work evaluating my problem (grinder pump replacement) and provided me with as much information about my situation as possible. Craig R. was fantastic! He showed up even earlier than expected, which really helped my anxiety due to a leak notification - I am terrified of water damage. Had a plumbing emergency trio with a leaking toilet, busted sewer line and broken water heater. This was the first company that had a human answer the phone at 11pm to get us scheduled. Our service techs Aaron and Ethan were cool, calm and professional as they helped us navigate the headache on our hands. Explained what all steps were required to get the issues fixed and were upfront with the cost of the work so there were no hidden fees or surprises. 11/10 would recommend for any plumbing issues.
